As a Structured Working Capital Sales, Executive Director within Trade & Working Capital, you will be responsible for originating structured receivables and inventory finance transactions. You will act as a resident expert for these products across multiple client sectors, and will partner with our TWC Sector Sales teams and Global Corporate Banking teams (both in the US and globally) in understanding our clients’ working capital objectives, identify opportunities and recommend customized structures. As a member of our team, you will lead transactions ranging from portfolio receivables purchase structures to complex contract monetizations to multibillion-dollar syndicated inventory financing (all designed to optimize the efficiency of our clients' global working capital flows).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Trade & Working Capital Sector Sales and Global Corporate Banking teams to recommend structured off-balance sheet solutions to enhance working capital position for clients within specific sectors
  • Deliver executive-level pitches that solve complex problems for our clients
  • Partner with SWC Transactors, Product, Legal and Risk functional colleagues to ensure seamless product delivery for structures which can be adapted to meet bespoke customer needs
  • Understand and assess competition, capital markets, accounting, macroeconomic and regulatory dynamics for the sectors you cover
  • Share in the strategy and accountability for the global revenue growth of the Structured Working Capital product set

Required Qualifications, Skills And Capabilities:

  • 8+ years of specialized experience in technical sales, structuring /transaction execution within trade finance products
  • Deep expertise in corporate finance, corporate credit, and legal risk management, with a proven ability to navigate complex financial environments
  • Advanced knowledge of alternative receivables financing structures, including securitization, borrowing base arrangements, and bilateral receivables purchase programs
  • Demonstrated experience in Inventory Finance origination, gained through key roles within inventory management firms, banks, or corporate settings
  • Direct, hands-on involvement in the full transaction life cycle of Inventory Finance, including concept pitching, detailed structuring, negotiation of commercial and legal terms, and successful execution of funding
  • Exceptional collaborative skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives that deliver measurable business growth
  • Strong analytical acumen to evaluate market trends and client requirements, and to develop and implement effective, actionable strategies
