Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager – Customer Identity and Authentication for Secure Transactions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure transactions  for millions of customers. You will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative identity and authentication solutions that balance security, compliance, and user experience. You will collaborate across business, technology, and risk teams to deliver products that protect our customers and enable seamless access to our digital ecosystem.

You will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, driving execution, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of emerging threats, deliver frictionless authentication experiences, and maintain customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer identity and authentication products, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations—to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric authentication solutions.
  • Innovation & Delivery: Identify and evaluate new technologies to enhance security and user experience. Oversee end-to-end product delivery, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to internal controls, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. Partner with risk and compliance teams to proactively address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a seamless and intuitive authentication journey, balancing security with usability. Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market research to continuously improve the product.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption, security effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. Build strong relationships across the organization to drive alignment and support.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital identity, authentication, or security products in a regulated industry (preferably financial services).
  • Deep understanding of authentication technologies, identity management, and security protocols.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact products in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer identity (e.g., KYC, AML, privacy laws).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; ability to use data to drive product strategy.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with large-scale customer authentication platforms solutions.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in digital identity, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
