About The Role
We are looking for a Media Planning Executive (Paid Social & Display) to join our Media team at SMG. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise coordination and execution of media campaigns that leverage retailer 1st party data. This position exists to bridge the gap between media strategy and campaign activation, ensuring that advertising efforts are not just delivered, but are highly targeted, relevant, and effective!

A Little Bit About You
You’Ll Bring:
- Experience in media (social or display preferred) and digital campaign planning.
- Familiarity with digital performance metrics.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a growing FMCG, retail, or media environment (preferable).

What You’Ll Be Doing
Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:
- Ownership of Asda Access campaign planning and process management and communication between Asda, LS11 Media Group client and external partners.
- Deliver compelling media campaign proposals to client teams and clients (where required), following media planning best practices.
- Identify areas of improvement, leading to cost, performance or resource efficiencies, within the campaign process.
- Interact with client teams as necessary on campaign ideation, campaign planning, booking process, and provide them with regular updates on campaign performance, optimisations and insights.
- Work with the Insights teams to deliver the necessary setup approach, ready for uplift measurement.
- Work closely with both client teams and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns from the booking phase to activation and reporting.
- Keep pace with industry trends and proactively support with driving forward new opportunities and propositions.
