Your key responsibilities as a Business Analyst will include:

• Analysing and capturing detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and emails, ensuring all needs are fully understood and documented.
• Translating client requirements into tailored solutions within FE fundinfo’s service range, and providing consultancy to optimise outcomes.
• Handling configuration tasks such as document template creation and styling, supporting both onboarding and ongoing client needs.
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Data Relationship Managers to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.
• Supporting clients with business-as-usual requests as third-line support, and contributing product development ideas based on client feedback.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Analyst:

• You must have solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record in requirements capturing, analysis, and documentation.
• You will have a good technical background and the ability to handle configuration tasks confidently.
• You should be fluent in English (C1) and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• You will be confident working collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
