Dynamic Process Engineer

We are seeking a Dynamic Process Engineer to join our team in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for master data, document control, and engineering support while collaborating with global teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic, international environment with exposure to multiple sites and cutting-edge processes.

What You Will Do

• Manage master data, BOM, and document control, including NPI and DMR-related activities
• Conduct time studies and establish routing times for new and existing products
• Set up line balancing for NPI products and lead productivity improvements using LEAN tools
• Support daily industrial engineering tasks and efficiency initiatives in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate closely with teams across the Philippines, Singapore, China, Mexico, and Denmark.

What You Bring

Experience & Personal competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering (Licensed IE and/or LEAN Certification is an advantage)
• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Medical Devices/Electronics preferred); fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledge of ERP systems, BOM, DMR, routing time, man-machine processes, and line balancing concepts
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to work with diverse, cross-country teams
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving process improvements.
