Senior Leader, Manufacturing (Night Shift)

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Leader, Manufacturing (Night Shift), where you'll drive operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering results in quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.  Position works onsite in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico.  

What You’Ll Do

• Lead shift operations to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Oversee business unit resources to ensure planned production / manufacturing outputs are met in a compliant and cost-effective manner
• Partner and collaborate with other department and functional areas to ensure efficient and flawless operational execution.  
• Manage resources, resolve non-conformances, and optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all manufacturing activities.
• Hire, retain, develop, and mentor team members to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive process enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and implement lean initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product transfers, engineering tests, and optimization efforts.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and performance management for your team.
• Lead projects and initiatives in support of operational needs.  
• Other duties as assigned. 

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business administration is required.
• 5 years of process & manufacturing operations experience in the regulated industry required. 
• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Technical depth and strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (in English & Spanish).
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, safety regulations, and lean methodologies.
• Availability to work night shift and flexibility to work other shifts based on operational needs.  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master or advanced degrees in engineering or other technical fields.  
• Project management, Lean / Six Sigma certification.
