Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a 5-Star service experience by ensuring professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for the home.
  • Abide by all OSHA and company safety guidelines. 
  • Install new HVAC units, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units.
  • Fabricate and install ductwork systems, including sizing, cutting, and sealing ducts.
  • Install refrigerant lines, perform necessary brazing and soldering connections.
  • Wire electrical components and connect to power sources.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Lead, mentor, and train junior or apprentice technicians, providing guidance on technical skills and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records by capturing detailed notes, photos, and documenting all information discussed with customers.
  • Identify additional service opportunities and generate sales through system upgrades or add-ons.
  • Work closely with dispatch, project coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job flow.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years HVAC Install experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification Required.
  • Willing to have a flexible schedule.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Clean background.
