We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, 39 hours per week.

Enjoy upscale amenities, including sky bar Cloud 23, 2 Rosette Podium Restaurant, an indoor pool, and a fitness centre. Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, with 14 meeting rooms and over 1,800 square feet of event space. Join the team at Podium, our 2 Rosette restaurant in the heart of Manchester, where great drinks and genuine hospitality come together. As a Bartender at Podium, you will:

• Welcome and serve our guests with warmth and professionalism, preparing and serving drinks with confidence and personality.
• Use your knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits to make recommendations, guiding guests through their drinks experience and helping to create memorable moments.
• Work seamlessly with the wider team to ensure smooth service, always attentive to guest needs and preferences.
• Evening and weekend availability is essential – these are our busiest and most exciting times!
• Experience behind the bar is important, ideally in a similar venue. If you bring warmth, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude we can provide the training you need to succeed.
