HEAD OF SALES FOOD & LAUNDRY - GREECE
We are looking for a Head of Sales Food & Laundry in Greece, reporting to the VP Sales Region South West Europe – Business Area Food Europe.
Lead a mission-oriented organization, secure a best-in-class work environment where people can thrive and build a food and laundry business in Greece where we become the number one choice for the end customer and a trusted preferred partner for dealers, service partners and designers. Make sure our business is centered around the end customer.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- P&L responsible for Food & Laundry in Greece. Responsible for achieving budget and strategy targets, wrt net sales of finished goods and net sales of aftermarket/ service, CTF%, AR, NPS and EES.
- Managing all sales and commercial activities within specified area of Food and Laundry in Greece.
- Secure outstanding service levels to our customers via partners by owning the service journey
- Responsible for Marketing in Greece market for Food and Laundry
- Drive the Electrolux Professional value propositions and our cultural beliefs
- Maintain and develop a strong network of existing and new customers/partners.
- Execute new product launches
- Exceptionally serve our customers over the product life-time with seamless access to parts, A&C and top-notch service
- Drive sales activation, opportunities and pipeline management using Salesforce.com.
- Coach and develop team members
- Own the commercial policy incl. channel management, pricing, account planning
- Communicate and coordinate sales and marketing activities
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns
- Work environment responsibility according to delegation.
- Implement and drive digitalization
- Actively drive and be accountable for assigned projects
- Collect and effectively communicate competitor activities and local requirements/needs to team members and management.
- Manage a team (sales, customer care, order processing) based in Athens but working also from remote.
- Ensure a strict collaboration and fluid communication with back-up functions and offices (administration, credit, controlling, logistics, hr…) based in Italy
- Keep the legal responsibility of a limited scope local company
WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Business education is an advantage (ideally BSc or MSc in Business Administration)
- Minimum of 10 years sales experience from the industry
- Excellent knowledge of the Professional market for Food and/or Laundry (BtoB) a plus
- Excellent understanding of the sales process
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Knowledge and understanding in Greece Labor Law
- Knowledge of CRM system (Salesforce.com being a plus)
- Fluent Greek and English
- IT Microsoft 365
