- - Own the preparation of accurate, timely consolidated financial statements
- and supporting reconciliations.
- - Define and enforce group accounting policies to ensure consistency
- across all entities.
Subsidiary Oversight & Compliance
- Oversee accounting and statutory compliance for global subsidiaries.
- Coordinate local audits with in-country teams and external advisors.
Controls, Systems & Process Improvement
- Strengthen internal controls and governance over financial reporting.
- Drive automation and system enhancements (e.g., revenue recognition,
NetSuite optimization, integrations) to reduce manual work and scale
efficiently.
- Partner with FP&A to improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance
analysis.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- - Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team covering AP/AR
- and management reporting.
What makes you the perfect fit 🤝
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
- Significant post-qualification experience in SaaS / technology /
multinational environments.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP (and IFRS); strong understanding of SaaS
revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).
- Proven track record in group consolidations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience leading international audits and ensuring compliance with
global statutory reporting requirements.
- Hands-on ERP and reporting systems expertise (NetSuite preferred);
comfortable driving automation and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to
partner across US and international teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with geographically distributed
teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adapting to
change and scaling processes effectively.
- Background in tech or other high-growth industries, with a “hands-on”
