The QA Engineer (or Senior QA Engineer) will work under the oversight of the Head of Engineering and Lead QA and assist with all the QA responsibilities below:
 

• Perform manual and functional testing of web-based, AI-driven, and voice/chatbot platforms.
• Validate workflows, conversational flows, UI behavior, and multilingual responses (English & Spanish).
• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
• Execute performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.
• Analyze and report test results, bugs, and quality metrics to drive improvements.
• Maintain regression test suites to ensure consistent performance across releases.
• Support UAT and production verification activities.
• Stay updated with emerging QA methodologies, automation trends, and AI/ML testing practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – essential for validating language-specific flows.
• At least 3+ years of QA experience, with a balance of manual and automated testing expertise
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar.
• Experience testing platforms built from scratch, with an understanding of the SDLC and agile delivery models.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and data-driven testing approaches is a plus.
