Business Process Manager 6-12 Month Assignment

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Manager to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of our organizational processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Design and implement streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop process solutions
- Monitor process performance metrics and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes
- Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN
- Document process changes and ensure proper communication and training across departments
- Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in process management
- Other Duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced certifications preferred
- Proven experience in process management, business analysis, or operations improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with process modeling tools and software (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, ARIS)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Leadership skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
The physical requirements of this job include:
- Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
- Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment
