Job Summary:
The Data Configuration Analyst will be responsible for reviewing all aspects of converting customer and brokerage data into our benefit platform. The role will partner with the Implementation Specialist and the Quality Assurance team to support the enrollment through the life cycle of multiple concurrent enrollments.

- Develop audit processes for the quality assurance of the transfer of data from one source to another.
- Troubleshoot issues in format, data, and reports related to the conversion of the data and communicate with internal partners and discuss key findings during the conversion process.
- Utilize broader knowledge base for recommended solutions when appropriate
- Incorporate best practices to enhance the conversion experience.
- Quality assurance and testing of cases to ensure accuracy before delivery.
- Resolve system issues detected by broker team and manage support tickets in a timely manner.
- Creative problem solving through independent research where limited standardization may exist.
- Ensure all phases of the system life cycle have been completed and met standards.
- Upload data once Quality Assurance team has formatted file for benefit platform.
- Interpret and translate project specifics, insurance plan designs, eligibility and census information.

RequirementsSkills And Qualifications:
- Experience with benefit platforms to include Selerix, Ease, Employee Navigator
- Working knowledge of terms used in health insurance and ancillary products.
Work Experience Required for this Job:
- 2 years’ experience in employee benefits working with various platforms
- Working knowledge of Open Enrollment timelines, eligibility files, reconciliation of benefits
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Knowledge with HIPAA involving PHI and HITECH
Education Required For This Job:
· Bachelor’s degree desired by not required.

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Core business hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but the employee’s schedules are at the discretion of the supervisor and dependent on the needs of the business.
Travel:
· Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of area and overnight travel may be expected
