Job Title: Business Development Manager Solar Systems

You will be responsible for developing new relationships, monitoring, coordinating, generating, and facilitating sales of Huawei FusionSolar Smart PV Solution and SUN2000 series inverters in the specified territory, using the strategic selling approach. Duties include leading an aggressive build-up of market share by expanding businesses, partnerships, and entering new markets.


Job Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Build, manage and enhance the company’s direct sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction 2. Successfully execute a brand and messaging strategy that positions Huawei as an industry leader in the alternative energy industry 3. Initiate and implement strategic alliances with key partners-distributors, System Integrators and customers 4. Identify market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base, and develops strategies to penetrate those markets 5. Attend trade shows, conferences and Huawei workshops 6. Provide outstanding customer support 7. Other duties as may be required or assigned
  2. Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Management2. 2+ years of sales experience in solar business3. Excellent communication skills4. Good technical knowledge of solar systems will be an advantage5. Success-oriented, flexible and a team player6. Open to frequent business trips in Bulgaria and occasionally abroad

Language: English and native Bulgarian
