Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Marketing, you’ll be on the front lines of outreach, building relationships, representing KSOE at graduate fairs, in person and virtual events, and guiding prospective students through every step of the admissions process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is excited to use marketing, sales, and communication strategies to expand KSOE’s reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage prospective students, offering clear guidance on admissions requirements and helping them envision their path at KSOE.
  • Leverage the admissions system (SLATE) to manage leads, track activity, and ensure strong follow-up.
  • Partner with the Director of Admissions & Marketing to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Drive outreach campaigns that build relationships with prospective students, applicants, and partner institutions.
  • Contribute to the enrollment goals of the College through a results-driven approach to recruitment and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with program directors and faculty in your program areas, and with campus partners to ensure prospective students receive quality support from first point of contact to deposit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to inspire individuals and groups.
  • Experience with admissions or CRM systems (SLATE experience preferred).
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a sales- and marketing-minded approach to recruitment and outreach.
  • Flexibility to travel for recruitment events and occasionally work evenings or weekends for communicating with prospective students.
  • Enthusiasm for the mission of Saint Mary’s College and the transformative work of KSOE.

Why Join Us
At Saint Mary’s Kalmanovitz School of Education, you’ll do more than recruit students. You’ll also help shape the next generation of educators, counselors, forensic psychologists and leaders who are committed to equity and systemic change. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, creativity, and relationship-building, with opportunities to grow your skills in marketing, admissions, and student engagement.

We also invest in our employees’ growth and well-being. As an Admission Counselor, you’ll have access to:

  • Professional development opportunities including training and pathways for career advancement.
  • Comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, tuition assistance, sick leave, and generous paid time off.

This role offers the chance to make a measurable impact on the College while advancing your own professional development in a mission-driven environment.
