IT Risk Management Delivery Coordinator Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Risk Management Delivery Coordinator to join the Firms Enterprise Technology and Services division to evolve our Risk Management practices.
This role requires a strong blend of project execution and business analytics to drive risk management initiatives efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project delivery within IT at a global financial institution, with preferred experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) Inventory Data Quality (DQ). They must thrive in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment, translating ambiguity into structured and actionable insights.

This is a Techinical Program Manager position at VP level, which is part of the job family responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of multipleprojects and/or programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Includes program management and related project support roles

What you’ll do in the role
- Lead and coordinate IT Risk Management initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk mitigation strategies and align with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and synthesize large volumes of information, distilling key insights for senior leadership.
- Develop clear and compelling presentations for mid to executive-level stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with risk and regulatory frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Facilitate Agile project management methodologies for efficient project execution.
- Act as a liaison between IT, risk teams, and business units to streamline processes and optimize risk management.
- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives.
- Drive ITAM Inventory Data Quality (DQ) initiatives to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of asset management records.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT Risk Management, ITAM (preferred), or related fields within a global financial institution.
- Strong project delivery and execution capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. -Familiarity with risk and regulatory frameworks, including industry best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings concisely.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional engagement. Recommended Experience:
- Experience with risk assessment tools and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms. -Certification in risk management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CRISC, PMP, CSM).
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with industry risk management practices and control frameworks, including FFIEC and other regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with Jira
