Job Summary

Job Description:

• Lead packaging validations for new materials and machinery, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, suppliers, OEMs, and other departments to support customer-specific packaging needs.
• Develop and execute test methods, validation protocols, and technical documentation for packaging development projects.
• Manage packaging improvement initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with client and company goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the packaging development function.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging & Materials Technology or related fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in packaging development for Executive level.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is required.

Experience with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and BRC is a strong advantage.

Solid understanding of packaging design validation standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, or equivalent).
