Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, Strategic Partnerships (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 533324) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in administration, industry research, business analysis or a related field. They should be good team players with good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua). Data management, organisational and multitasking skills are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite would be a definite advantage. Those with less experience and fresh graduates may be considered Executive Assistant.
The appointee will play a vital role in the daily operations of the Faculty’s Strategic Partnerships Office by providing administrative support, managing records, and assisting with various clerical tasks. He/She will also be required to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow in the team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files; inputting and updating information in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity; serving as a point of contact for faculty and clients, providing information and assistance as needed; helping organize and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings; and performing other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
