Design Project Manager

We’re looking for a Design Project Manager to support our Design Manager and wider Design Team in delivering high-quality housing schemes that align with our ambitious business plan. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping communities and making a real difference.

This role is a full-time position, working 37 hrs per week, Monday-Friday from our office on King St. in Norwich

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supporting the Design Manager and Pre-Construction team to progress scheme designs through to handover to the Delivery Team.
• Leading the design process through planning stages to secure permissions.
• Assessing new business opportunities and contributing to feasibility studies.
• Using relevant software to support technical assessments and design development.

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have The Following:

• A background in architecture and a solid understanding of the housing development sector.
• Strong technical appraisal skills, including reviewing reports on drainage, ecology, highways, and ground investigations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, with a degree or professional membership in architecture (or equivalent).
• A full, valid UK driving licence.
