Disability Support Workers (Female). Permanent Part Time - Kalgoorlie

About The Role

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in Kalgoorlie. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements, as well as those accessing Daily Living Supports and Community Access services.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability. You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting the clients’ individual needs and creating a safe, person-centred environment.

We have two permanent part-time positions available. We are seeking candidates who are available to work day shifts between Monday and Saturday. Shifts range from 2 to 8 hours in duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in day-to-day living, promoting cooking, housekeeping, hygiene, shopping etc
• Community access & transport to appointments/shopping etc
• Maintain & Monitor Person Centred Plans
• Documenting & Progress Note keeping
• Personal care as required

Skills & Experience

• Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence
• Certificate III Individual Support, Disability or similar preferred
• Good computer literacy and administration skills to complete progress notes and use online IT systems.
• Current Provide First Aid Certificate

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
