Description
AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Process Engineer to join our growing company.
Essential Job Function:
- Evaluate and improve all processes in PCB manufacturing.
- Provide Technical support to manufacturing team.
- Work closely with Production and Quality to maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production cycle times, efficiencies, yields, and operating costs.
- Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform Failure analysis and create corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications, Education And Experience:
- 3-5 Years related experience in Process Engineering, or in a PCB manufacturing environment required.
- 3-5 years related experience with standard manufacturing design rules, fabrication drawings, customer specifications and industry specifications such as IPC 6012.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Understanding of industry standards and specifications (IPC).
- Able to effectively communicate with management and supervisory staff.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Able to support and implement company safety protocols.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent trouble shooting skills.
- Experience using a CAM system is helpful.
- Must be able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent computer skills required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting and performing visual and manual tasks.
Compensation/Benefits:
California Pay Range: $120,000 annual
The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.
