About The Opportunity

About The Job

• Position: Logistics Coordinator
• Location: Sulphur Point, Tauranga
• Hours: 7am – 5pm Monday - Friday, guaranteed minimum hours of 47.5 per week

What You’Ll Do:

Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

 Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating truck movements in and out of the yard using our in-house booking system 
• Reconciling booking spreadsheets
• Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT
• Assisting with internal and external enquiries
• Learning our systems and processes with comprehensive on-the-job training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
• Interest in building a career in logistics
