We’re Looking for a Closer.

If you can hunt down new business, build relationships fast, and aren’t afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone, we want you. We need a sales pro to bring in commercial HVAC maintenance contracts.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Hunt for new leads — cold calls, networking, site visits, you name it
  • Meet with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers
  • Sell the value of preventative maintenance and long-term service agreements
  • Create proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Crush monthly sales targets and earn big commissions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • 2+ years B2B sales or business development experience (HVAC/Mechanical a plus)
  • Fearless prospecting skills and a hunter mentality
  • Confidence talking about HVAC systems and maintenance programs
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Self-motivated, driven, and money-hungry
