We are seeking a motivated commission-based part-time Sales Representative to expand Ice Solutions’ market presence across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels. This role focuses on building relationships with retailers, managing online sales through the company and third-party platforms (such as Amazon), and developing bulk/wholesale opportunities.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, positioning ARCTIC ARMOR™ as a trusted industry solution, and driving revenue across both residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate brings experience in product sales, retail partnerships, or wholesale distribution, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to grow business across multiple channels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building lasting customer relationships, and take ownership in representing Ice Solutions’ products with professionalism and integrity while delivering trusted solutions that meet the needs of diverse clients.
Essential Functions Of The Role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and residential markets.
- Promote and position ARCTIC ARMOR™ as a trusted, eco-minded solution to prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesale partners to drive product placement and growth.
- Oversee online sales channels, including the company website and Amazon, ensuring product visibility, accurate listings, and excellent customer experience.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to forecast demand, align inventory, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports on revenue performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
- Represent Ice Solutions at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to expand brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ARCTIC ARMOR™’s features, competitive advantages, and market positioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adhering to Ice Solutions values and professionalism
- Weekends/nights may be required
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in retail, e-commerce, or wholesale distribution.
- Experience selling products to retailers, distributors, or directly to consumers.
- Familiarity with managing online sales platforms (Amazon, Shopify, or similar).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in snow and ice management, landscaping, construction, or related industries (preferred but not required; training provided).
- Background in bulk/wholesale sales and distributor relations.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for pipeline and account management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or e-commerce strategies to support online sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills to forecast demand, evaluate trends, and identify new opportunities.
- Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) are a plus for expanding customer reach.
- Previous experience representing products at trade shows or industry events.
Computer Skills:
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt and navigate new software platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, with preferred proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot.
