Overall Job Purpose
Ayvens is seeking for a HR Data & Analytics Consultant in the Shared Service Center in Romania to join the HR Technology & Data team and deliver high-quality reporting solutions and data-driven insights. The role combines technical expertise in Workday with strong analytical skills to support HR and business leaders in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Central HR Team with standardized as well as ad-hoc HR data-based reporting;
- Leverage analytical skills to partner with HR as well as other teams (e.g., Finance) to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions;
- Design, build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and analytics tools;
- Develop and interpret HR metrics, KPIs and workforce analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights;
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards;
- Provide expertise on reporting functionalities, including advanced reporting and HR analytics;
- Improve upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning our current scorecards;
- Directly contribute to functional and technical enhancements in Workday;
- Build customer-facing reporting tools to provide insights and metrics which track forecast performance and explain variance.
- Collaborate with Workday functional & technical teams, Workday, 3rd party providers, and business leaders to define reporting requirements, provide analytical support, and communicate feedback;
- Present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answer questions about the inputs and outputs of Workday insights and improving their performance;
- Close cooperation with other technical teams (other corporate IT systems) and functional teams (HRIS, HR SMEs, external 3rd parties, Workday).
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support to end users – local HR teams;
- Implement analytical methods to solve specific business problems utilizing Workday;
Qualifications And Requirements:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data, metrics;
- Solid knowledge of and experience with HRIS navigation and HRIS tools environment (Workday would be a plus);
- Demonstrated data proficiently in a previous analytical role;
- HRIS experience ideally with 3+ years’ experience;
- At least 2 years’ experience in a consulting environment;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proven ability to analyze business requirements to determine reporting requirements;
- Propose solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives;
- Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients;
- Confident and an innovative thinker and are not satisfied with "checking the box";
- English (fluent, verbally and written).
