We are looking for a creative and authentic Influencer Engagement Manager to represent our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, and other key platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital content creation, and building strong online communities in the women’s health and wellness industry.

Represent the brand voice in a relatable, candid, and empowering way that resonates with the target audience.
Incorporate brand key messages, lifestyle integration, and product education into content.
Collaborate with the brand team to align on campaign briefs, creative direction, and messaging.
Drive awareness and engagement through creative storytelling, reviews, unboxings, lifestyle content, and tutorials.
Participate in affiliate or performance-based campaigns by sharing tracked links or discount codes.
Provide user-generated content (UGC) that can be repurposed across the brand’s marketing channels.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, reinforcing community and brand trust.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a content creator, Influencer Engagement Manager, or digital storyteller with an engaged following.
Strong presence on TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant social media platforms.
Ability to create high-quality, visually appealing, and on-brand content.
Understanding of affiliate programs, tracked links, and performance-based collaborations is advantageous.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate product features into relatable lifestyle moments.
Strong English communication skills with the ability to embody the brand’s tone (approachable, empowering, modern).
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with the brand team.
