CASR Supervisor (Custom Approved Store Room)

Position:

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable CASR Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Custom Approved Store Rooms (CASRs) at both IAH and DFW airports. This role is critical to ensuring flawless inventory management, timely cargo handling, and compliance with customs and airport regulations.

• Important Requirement:
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain IAH and DFW airport badges (CASR access only; no ramp access).
• If badging is denied at either airport, the employment offer will be automatically revoked.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Essential Functions:

• Receive, store, and move bonded cargo in accordance with CBP guidelines.
• Pick up cargo from airlines and terminals once released.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and drive a box truck for cargo transport.
• Accurately read, record, and update inventory using warehouse systems.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo weighing 50–70 lbs.
• Maintain organization, security, and compliance of bonded storage areas.
• Support  audits, inspections, and maintain accurate documentation of bonded cargo.
• Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Requirements, but not limited to: This position requires flexible work schedules within a 24/7 work environment. The airline catering industry is a seasonal business and certain peak times of the year are black out periods for PTO (paid time off), e.g. year end, summer. This position requires experience in food safety, sanitization, as well as filling out paperwork pertaining to the traceability of the product.

Qualifications

•  Must be eligible for IAH and DFW airport badging (CASR access only)
• Knowledge of CBP regulations and bonded cargo handling procedures.
• Ability to load, unload, and secure cargo weighing 50–70 lbs 
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
• Must be a team player willing to assist others as needed
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Demonstrated ability to be highly productive and efficient   
• Schedule may include weekends, evenings, or holidays depending on operational needs.
