Position Summary
In this position, you will serve as the Field Engineer/Drone Pilot and play an integral role with responsibility for all aspects associated with site set up and management. Will assist site management team in the set up and management of day-to-day activities while on site. Duties could include anything from administrative to overseeing site day to day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Daily flights of the entire project to monitor and report on the following items.
- Civil progress
- Mechanical progress
- Equipment monitoring for usage
- Material management/security
- Dumpsters/housekeeping
- Assistance as needed with admin functions covering rotations
- Assistance as needed with APM functions

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Drone Pilot license or ability to obtain license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential; Strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivots, formula statements, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple tasks and drive those tasks to completion while meeting appropriate timelines.
- A proven track record in leading and executing implementation processes.
Physical Requirements:
- May be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, and telephone, along with other general office equipment.
- Close vision abilities required due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting/carrying of 25 lbs may be required.
- Reaching overhead or below.
- Work environment may include being able to tolerate moderate noise (i.e., business offices with computers, phones, printers, light traffic)
- Ability to work in a confined area.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
