Position: Associate Director Of Data Analytics
Duties: Responsible for formulating and applying data analysis and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making. Develops and implements data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes, including determining data analytics strategy and direction to support the company’s business intelligence needs. Collaborates with the executive team to create reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Manage a team of Data Analysts, ensuring the team provides accurate, reliable, and insightful data to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in job offered, data analysis, or related occupation.
Any amount of experience in additional requirements section below will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include:
1) Experience with management or supervising role.
2) Experience with data analysis methodologies, statistical analysis, data visualization, and data modeling.
3) Experience with at least one (1) of the following business intelligence tools: Holistics, Tableau, Looker, Power, or BI.
4) Experience writing SQL queries for quick analysis and creating transform tables.
Ability to support evening hours (5:00PM to 8:00PM PT) at least 3 days per week.
