Business Solution Manager, APAC (INH) (Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam)

Job Introduction

As the Business Solution Manager, INH for APAC, you will take on a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our Ideal Needling Handling (INH) Quality Management Solution across Asia-Pacific. Acting as the key bridge between regional market needs and global strategy, you will collaborate closely with our headquarters to ensure INH’s strong market presence and continued expansion

This position offers both strategic and operational responsibilities, where you will lead efforts to position INH as the premier quality management solution for garment manufacturing and sewing factories across the region. Covering both software and hardware components, your mission is to establish INH as the trusted partner for improving quality standards, operational efficiency, and innovation within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute region-specific sales and marketing strategies to position INH as the top quality management solution for garment and sewing factories in Asia – in collaboration with global headquarters.
• Drive revenue and sales planning for both INH software and hardware, working closely with local sales leaders across the Asia regions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with brand owners and buying offices to leverage their influence and networks as multipliers for INH.
• Represent INH at key industry events, especially those focused on digitalization and smart manufacturing solutions for the textile and apparel industry.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the INH Quality Management Solution at customer sites – ensuring both the software and hardware components are delivered and integrated successfully.
• Analyze shopfloor processes within sewing factories and translate them into actionable software requirements for product development and customization.
• Provide ongoing feedback to the headquarters regarding local market needs, regulatory developments, and customer expectations to support the continuous improvement of our business model and product.
• Assess local legal and operational requirements (e.g., order-to-cash processes) to ensure the feasibility of running a subscription-based business model in each country.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineerings or related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a strong track record in IT solution management and sales/business development. Candidates with proven expertise in the textile and apparel sector will be strongly prioritized.
• Candidates withs a strong IT background is preferred as to configure, and explain both software and hardware solutions to technical and non-technical client.
• Proficient inin agile development methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Posesses a strong problem-solving skills and are capable of identifying and resolving complex issues related to production and quality processes in sewing factories
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with external customers.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional Asian languages is considered an advantage
