About This Role

Dentons is seeking a talented and driven solicitor with 5+ years of PQE to join our Auckland-based Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of New Zealand’s leading property law practitioners.

You will be part of a team that advises on complex and high-value property transactions, development projects, and leasing arrangements. Our clients include global and domestic investors, developers, corporates, and government entities. You will also gain exposure to a wide range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and infrastructure developments.

About You

You’re a proactive and commercially minded solicitor with a passion for property law and a commitment to excellence. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to contribute to a practice that values collaboration, innovation, and client service.

You will likely have experience or interest in :

  • 5+ years’ PQE in real estate or property law
  • Experience in acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence
  • Familiarity with commercial leasing transactions
  • Excellent drafting and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a drive to succeed
  • A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to property development, finance, public works, or unit titles is advantageous but not essential
