As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to innovate with our technology stack and sales and service automation offering and are seeking a talented analyst to join our growing team and help us deliver innovative Dynamics solutions for clients and build our data management and analytics platform.
Job Description
The analyst will work alongside our team of technology professionals to provide configuration and analysis support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. They will be responsible for supporting the implementation of technology solutions alongside the rest of the team, performing testing and quality assurance tasks, providing general technical support to our clients, and contributing to business analysis and Agile/Scrum processes.
The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:
- Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including configuration, data migration, testing, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure that technology solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist with business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing.
- Help develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum projects.
- Assist with end-user training and support to ensure that clients can effectively use Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions are functioning as intended and meet client expectations.
- Help maintain and update technical documentation related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst will possess a blend of the following skills:
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform desirable but not necessary.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and methodologies.
- Core business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a business analyst, or configuration role is a plus.
- Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
- Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail
- A willingness to travel (if and when required)
- Great self-starting attitude keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
- Love for sports and passionate about the industry recommended
