Title: Instructional Designer & Program Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Designer and Program Manager to guide the design, development, and delivery of engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences for our Customer Success Management (CSM) organization. This role will collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and external content developers to assist with the development of both web-based and classroom-based training programs that drive performance, enhance customer engagement, and support career development within the CSM team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design & Development
• Program Management
• Support the design and development of interactive, learner-centric training materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, and assessments, for both softskills and technical training.
• Apply learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and modern learning technologies to create impactful learning experiences.
• Ensure content aligns with business goals, learner needs, and performance outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end project management of training initiatives, including scoping, planning, resource coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage relationships with external content vendors, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outsourced learning solutions.
• Track and report on program effectiveness using learning analytics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with internal SMEs, CSM leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and translate them into actionable training solutions.
• Facilitate content reviews, pilot sessions, and feedback loops to ensure relevance and accuracy of training materials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning strategy and best practices within the CSM organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and program management, preferably in a SaaS or customer success environment.
• Proven experience working with both internal SMEs and external content developers.
• Knowledge of learning technologies (e.g., LMS, authoring tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Rise).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with customer success principles and practices is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data-driven learning evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model).
• Certification in instructional design, project management (e.g., PMP), or learning technologies.
• Experience with agile learning development methodologies.
