Job Title: Data Quality Analyst                                                                                      

Location:  Remote

Clearance: Must have or able to obtain U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) security clearance.

Citizenship: US Citizenship required

Salary:  US market data minimum $100,000 - $110,000 maximum wage range. You will receive a competitive total rewards package that is applicable to the U.S. only. The salary range may vary based on experience, skillset, educational background and geographical location.

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Quality Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy and reliability of immigration-related data across USCIS systems. The position supports data governance, analytics and compliance efforts within the DSSS3 contract framework.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data science, statistics or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data quality, data governance or analytics, preferably in a federal or regulated environment
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
• 5+ years of experience in data quality assurance analysis
• Proficient in SQL, Python or R for data querying and analysis
• Proficient in the adoption and customization of Azure DevOps server
• Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Collibra)
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Team leadership and mentoring skills
• Development of and management of successful client relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Standards
• Federal governance frameworks (e.g., Chief Data Officers (CDO) Council, Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA))
• USCIS-specific data policies and privacy protocols

• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates and errors in large datasets.
• Develop and apply data quality rules, metrics and standards to ensure compliance with USCIS policies
• Use SQL, Excel and data profiling tools to assess and improve data quality.
• Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to support transparency and consistency.
• Work with data stewards, IT teams and program managers to resolve data issues and improve data flows.
• Generate dashboards and reports to communicate data quality trends and anomalies to stakeholders.
• Ensure data practices align with federal regulations, privacy standards and internal controls.
