Job Description
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for CPQ, RCA, and Billing projects.
- Map business processes across Quote, Pricing, Contracting, Revenue Recognition, and Billing.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to define use cases, workflows, and edge scenarios.
- Solution Design & Documentation Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure business needs align with Salesforce capabilities.
- Document system integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ERP/Finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.). Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams.
- Ensure clear communication of requirements, scope, and solution impacts.
- Conduct demos, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), and UAT sessions to validate functionality with business users.
- Testing & Deployment Support Support test planning and execution by validating scenarios and reviewing test cases.
- Participate in UAT, triage defects, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Assist in cutover planning, data validation, and hypercare support.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT/CRM business analysis experience, with 7+ years on Salesforce projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud modules, including: CPQ (product configuration, pricing, quoting, approval workflows) RCA (revenue recognition, contract amendments, reporting) Billing (subscription, usage-based billing, invoicing, dunning, credit notes)
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Quote-to-Cash projects. Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, and data mapping documents.
- Familiarity with integration scenarios (Salesforce to ERP/Finance). Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst preferred.
- Desired Attributes Strong consulting and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker who can anticipate challenges, gaps, and risks in business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments and manage competing priorities.
