Crystal Club is an exclusive lounge located on the 15th floor of Crown Towers Hotel. With Views of the city skyline, Crystal Club offers refined guest experiences, all-inclusive breakfasts, evening canapés and signature cocktails in a sophisticated lounge and open terrace setting.

We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. This Part-Time 2 position offers between 20–48 hours per fortnight.

Job Description

In this role, you will provide fine dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Provide and deliver excellent guest service
• Ensuring and maintaining guest satisfaction through time management and multitasking
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with service and menu knowledge 

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
• Reliability and good time management skills
• Previous work experience in premium venues (preferred)
