Job Description

  • Our client’s success is our success. And you make it happen

At Cuscal, we’ve been at the forefront of payments innovation for almost 60 years, enabling seamless, secure solutions that millions of Australians rely on every day. We are a listed public company (ASX:CCL) with full direct connectivity and production capability across all domestic payment systems. Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.

  • Design and execute enablement campaigns that support lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline development.
  • Ensure content is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with buyer journeys and market needs.
  • 3) Training & Capability Building
  • In collaboration with Product, design and deliver ongoing training to uplift sales capability and domain knowledge and market insights.
  • Facilitate workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and coaching to embed consistent sales methodologies and messaging.
  • Leverage feedback and performance data to refine training programs and improve effectiveness.

4) Operational Excellence & Team Leadership

  • Ensure all enablement activities and materials comply with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor the Sales Operations Coordinator, ensuring operational support is aligned with enablement goals.
  • Oversee the maintenance of enablement platforms, tools, and systems to support efficient workflows and resource access.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance and pipeline growth.
