Job Description
Role Overview:
The Director of Product for Post Purchase Solutions will lead the strategic vision, product development, and growth initiatives for post-purchase experiences. This role focuses on driving innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across post purchase capabilities. You will work closely with product and cross-functional stakeholders including technology, sales, marketing, operations, and partners to accelerate time-to-market and deliver differentiated value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy and roadmap for post-purchase solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, analytics, marketing, and sales to launch innovative post-purchase products that enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
- Utilize customer insights, competitive analysis, and product metrics to identify growth opportunities, validate hypotheses, and iterate rapidly.
- Build strong executive alignment through compelling communication of vision, business cases, and product performance.
- Drive operational excellence ensuring timely delivery of new features, product enhancements, and integrations.
- Champion automation, AI, and emerging technologies to differentiate post-purchase offerings and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
* 8+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles managing post-purchase, e-commerce, payments, or related domains.
* Proven track record of developing and scaling revenue-generating products with measurable growth impact.
* Strong strategic thinker with the ability to operationalize vision into executable roadmaps.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using customer feedback and market data to guide product decisions.
* Experience working with agile teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous innovation.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 192,300.00 to 278,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
