Job Description
1. Cross-Border Professional Exchange
- Lead and coordinate global knowledge-sharing initiatives to disseminate Korea’s SP and
robotic surgery best practices.
- Manage international P2P requests (e.g., Zoom Connect, Digital HUB sessions, KOL site
visits, overseas roadshows).
- Liaise with global marketing, regional sales, and clinical teams to ensure smooth
collaboration.
2. Professional Program Design & Leadership
- Serve as program design expert for P2P, Executive Summits, Connect, ACM, and Intuitive-organized signature events.
- Build structured, scalable educational programs aligned with corporate strategy and local
market needs.
- Provide clear process frameworks for stakeholder engagement, curriculum development,
and faculty support.
3. Center of Excellence Facilitation
- Support selection and operation of Epicenter and Case Observation sites.
- Align clinical/strategic priorities with hospital faculty and internal teams to promote
excellence in education delivery.
4. ROI Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPI dashboards and ROI analysis mechanisms for professional programs.
- Perform data-driven evaluations, report results to leadership, and propose improvements
for future events.
5. Secure Compliance Management
- Ensure all activities comply with Intuitive’s global/local standards (e.g., cross-border
contracting, data protection, HCP compliance).
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Regional Operations to safeguard ethical program
execution.
Qualifications
- Qualifications & Experience
- - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field
- (Master’s preferred).
- - 7+ years of relevant experience in program management, professional education, or
- healthcare marketing (medical device experience preferred).
- - Proven track record in commercials of healthcare industry with a good understanding of
- healthcare/HCP compliance.
- - Familiarity with the robotic surgery ecosystem and/or SP platform is a plus.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools (Zoom, Smartsheet), and data
- analysis platforms.
