About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Techery, you'll define the direction and vision for innovative, AI-powered digital products — from insights to delivery. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align vision with execution, ensuring everything we ship creates value for both users and the business.

You’ll own the roadmap, prioritize with confidence, advocate for user needs, and bring clarity to complexity. Your decisions will directly impact product quality, team focus, and long-term success.

• Define the product strategy for AI-powered solutions, aligning business goals, technical constraints, user needs, and ethical AI principles
• Own and evolve the product roadmap — balancing quick wins with long-term bets
• Translate ideas and problems into clear, actionable tasks with measurable outcomes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and continuously improve great products
• Act as the voice of the user while considering the needs of the business
• Drive discovery efforts: conduct research, gather feedback, and turn insights into real impact
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and clients to keep everyone aligned and engaged
• Analyze data, track KPIs, and use what you learn to refine the product experience

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in a product-driven company
• Experience in building products with embedded AI is a huge plus
• A solid track record across B2B, B2C, and SaaS environments
• Deep understanding of digital product development — from websites and apps to complex CMS and back-office tools
• Confidence navigating agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
• Comfort working closely with stakeholders — including execs — to drive product success
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills — you bring people together and keep them aligned
• A knack for research, problem identification, and strategy
• Analytical mindset — you know how to track KPIs, interpret data, and adjust as needed
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Notion, and other product management essentials
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
