Job Summary

Seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation, focusing on field service mobile app, customer chat, and internal troubleshooting tool. The designer will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and effective user experiences across both customer-facing and internal tools.

Responsibilities And Duties

• Engage with business stakeholders and end users to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements;
• Conduct user interviews, process mapping, and customer journey mapping;
• Create conceptual models, wireframes, and visual designs using Figma;
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability considerations;
• Specify detailed UI interactions, states, and handoff documentation for developers;
• Collaborate with existing UX designers, business analysts, and a cross-functional team;
• Ensure adherence to established design systems, colors, and branding;
• Prioritize mobile-first, responsive design for both web and mobile applications;
• Focus on improving field service mobile app, customer chat (with AI and backend integration), and internal troubleshooting tools.

Essential Skills

• Experience in UX design for complex enterprise applications (Salesforce experience preferred);
• Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, wireframing, and visual design;
• Proficiency with Figma and design system implementation;
• Experience designing for both customer-facing and internal tools;
• Experience with field service, customer support, or telecom domains;
• Familiarity with AI-driven chat interfaces and troubleshooting flows.
