Job Summary
The Portuguese Customer Support Agent delivers exceptional service to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Handle escalated customer issues assigned to the team, working to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
- Review customer interactions with low satisfaction ratings and take corrective action to improve service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints assigned by the Team Lead or Manager, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Send targeted promotional emails to customers without a dedicated account manager.
- Reply to client inquiries via messaging platforms during the absence of their dedicated account manager, maintaining a professional and consistent tone.
- Support additional service tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese (required).
- Ability to handle high-value customers with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
