Job Summary

 The Portuguese Customer Support Agent delivers exceptional service to high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Handle escalated customer issues assigned to the team, working to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
  • Review customer interactions with low satisfaction ratings and take corrective action to improve service quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints assigned by the Team Lead or Manager, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Send targeted promotional emails to customers without a dedicated account manager.
  • Reply to client inquiries via messaging platforms during the absence of their dedicated account manager, maintaining a professional and consistent tone.
  • Support additional service tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (required).
  • Ability to handle high-value customers with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
