We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join our People team on a 9-month Fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in driving change and engagement during a transformational period for Thredd

You’ll be at the heart of delivering results by partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting colleagues. Leading on both People initiatives and employee relations within your business area, you’ll help to support and grow Thredd on its journey.

What you’ll be doing as a People Business Partner

  • Consulting managers on employee relations topics and managing all employee relations and change processes end-to-end
  • Taking the lead on designing and implementing a range of business wide People projects and drive engagement activities
  • Supporting with the organisation and administration of learning and development and talent management programmes
  • Proactively suggest new and improved ways of working
  • Diagnose critical issues affecting your business function and design appropriate solutions

What you’ll bring to the People Business Partner position

  • Previous experience in an HR generalist position, (Advisory or Partner level), ideally in a role where you managed employee relations issues with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in partnering with leaders at all levels to develop, motivate and coach their team members
  • Proven experience supporting or leading the planning, design and delivery of cross functional initiatives
  • An analytical mindset, capable of getting into detail with people data to analyse trends
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships, build credibility and influence stakeholders in a hybrid working environment
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and ability to work well with a wide range of people. Exceptional oral and written communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving and conflict management skills. 

Where You’Ll Work

Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance.

This position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) two days per week.
