This position will report to the Manager of Performance Marketing and proactively manage the day to day marketing projects for the Business Units. She/he holds responsibility for implementing successful marketing efforts to increase engagement and drive revenue.

Leads the all-consumer channels of data-driven, crossline of business, performance marketing. The primary mission for this role is to leverage deep data and insights to optimize the shared performance across all marketing, media, and member engagement activities we lead in service to the functional lines of our business. This leader will drive new and improve existing data-driven frameworks for marketing effectiveness and efficiency across media channels and predictive models for customer behaviors. This leader must be a champion for a customer-obsessed approach. Efforts will span from upper-funnel, customer acquisition campaigns thru to lower-funnel customer engagement, loyalty, retention, and satisfaction efforts.

This leader also must act as a coach and mentor to the performance marketing organization in transforming it into an action-oriented, customer insights-driven operation; leveraging performance tracking, industry insights and research to provide key strategic marketing insights and data-driven, actionable recommendations that improve conversion, cross-selling, or retention. This leader is the driving force to bring data, analytics, financial, and marketing concepts together.

Essential Duties And Tasks:

  • Manages both online and offline marketing programs that will enable the business to meet consumer acquisition targets, sales, margin, and overall goal achievement.
  • Lead out on campaign meetings to help educate various team members on Performance Marketing best practices along with campaign kickoff meetings.
  • Ensures project timelines and budgets are being met and that they incorporate appropriately with offline/online marketing efforts.
  • Lead a marketing specialist in planning and executing marketing initiatives through a variety of channels (web, social media, email, etc.).
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and departments outside of marketing to execute upon specific company initiatives while ensuring our brand essence is cohesively communicated across channel.

Education And/Or Experience:

  • Relevant 4-year degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Experience supporting successful marketing campaigns and advanced customer experiences that deliver downstream ROI.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Administration, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Communications or directly related field.
