  • Lead and guide SAP-related process improvements and initiatives, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation for both new deployments and enhancements.
  • Collaborate extensively with other Global Process Teams (such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Management, Finance, Material Master, and Vendor Master teams) to support SAP project rollouts, data migration activities, system upgrades, and new deployments.

  • Drive process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives related to Direct and Indirect Procurement, with a strong emphasis on SAP enablement, data quality, master data migration, and process automation.
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for continuous improvement by proactively addressing current issues, inefficiencies, and change needs in Direct Procurement.

  • Provide operational process expertise during SAP implementation phases, including shared service migrations, business expansions (M&A/divestitures), and ongoing system enhancements.
  • Bridge process and system gaps across cross-functional teams (QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Vendor Master, Material Master, etc.), particularly those requiring changes or updates within SAP.
  • Monitor and report on key global procurement metrics, leveraging SAP analytics and reporting tools.
  • Assist in developing business cases for new SAP or process initiatives, and prepare supporting executive presentations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SAP Procurement master data migration and cleansing, including hands-on loading, validating, and reconciling material, vendor, and purchasing master data during large-scale system migrations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional Global process teams and IT teams (BTS) on global SAP implementations, enhancements, and support.
  • Familiarity with procurement data flows, MRP/planning systems, and their integration with SAP procurement processes.
  • Track record of supporting or leading SAP-enabled global procurement projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
