Role

As Port Agency Operations Manager, you oversees all aspects of a vessel's port call on behalf of CMA CGM Agency, including coordinating with port authorities and service providers, managing logistics for cargo handling, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations, overseeing financial accounts and budget, and serving as the central communication hub for the vessel and shore-based operations 

You support the Group’s performance ambitions through continuous optimization of port operations, cost control, and stakeholder coordination, while leading and developing a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Follow up Logistics and operations costs;
• Improve Logistical and Operational Procedures;
• Review the Reporting forecasts for better anticipation;
• Reduce Operations and Logistics cost
• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy
• Statistics and data analysis
• Monitoring the end to end TBL operations and reports for the cluster
• Procurement and Pricing
