Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to join our Digital Growth Team.

You will own the product-led growth roadmap, working closely with product owners to strategically develop new products and enhance existing features across our digital platforms. 

The role will primarily focus on acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention. Along with product owners and team leads, you will lead projects such as gamification systems, referral loops, SEO, product analytics, and experimentation frameworks. 

This position requires a unique mix of product intuition, analytical depth, and execution speed. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to launch high-impact growth features and experiments. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize the growth-related project roadmap with clear goals and measurable outcomes. Lead growth product initiatives. 
• Build scalable growth loops. 
• Establish experimentation frameworks and ensure learnings feed back into the product. 
• Partner with the analytics team to uncover behavioral insights that drive product growth. 
• Collaborate with marketing to align paid/organic acquisition with product-led growth. 
• Work with design and UX to ensure growth features are user-friendly and engaging. 
• We are looking for someone with:

• We are looking for someone with: 

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital project management or growth roles (fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or agency). 
• The ability to design a growth experiment in the morning, analyze the results in the afternoon, and present a refined roadmap by evening. 
• A curious, experimental, and data-driven mindset, while also being able to think long-term. 
• Experience with analytics & product data, marketing technologies, and project management tools. 
• Strong attention to detail and excellent execution skills.
