About The Product Trust Team

The Product Trust team builds and operates critical systems that keep Postman’s platform secure, reliable, and resilient—especially for our enterprise and security-conscious customers. We work at the intersection of infrastructure, product, and security to ensure customer trust is earned and maintained through every interaction.

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Full Stack) who is passionate about building secure, high-performance systems and intuitive user experiences. In this role, you’ll work on tier 0 services that are central to how users trust and interact with Postman. You’ll contribute across the stack—from backend APIs and infrastructure to user-facing applications that enable customers to manage access, secrets, compliance, and more.

This is a great opportunity to work on hard problems at scale, with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and user empathy.

What You’Ll Do

  • Design and build secure, performant, and reliable full-stack features within the Product Trust domain.
  • Contribute to critical backend services with a strong focus on availability, observability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Security, Infra, and Product teams to solve cross-cutting problems.
  • Deliver seamless and intuitive experiences that make security and trust easy for users to adopt and understand.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to automated test suites and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Be proactive and hands-on in shipping features, fixing bugs, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to team planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.

What We’Re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience building full-stack applications in a product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with modern web frameworks such as React.
  • Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
  • A strong grasp of software development fundamentals—data structures, design patterns, testing, and performance.
  • Awareness or interest in security, privacy, and platform reliability.
  • Bias for action—ability to move fast and deliver value under constraints.
  • A collaborative mindset with willingness to work across team boundaries and help others succeed.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a mission-critical team that ensures customer trust and platform reliability.
  • Work on high-impact projects at massive scale, touching millions of developers globally.
  • Join a team that values curiosity, ownership, trust, and collaboration.
  • Enjoy a hybrid work culture with a great Bangalore team and global presence.
