About This Role
We’re seeking an Agency Business Manager to join our award winning Reach Studio! We are looking for a first rate media sales person who is able to give us an unfair advantage in winning content partnership briefs, helping us drive revenue and propel our reputation further using your connections & experience of the market.
As Agency Business Manager at Reach Studio, you will drive revenue growth, elevate our reputation, and raise our profile across the UK media marketplace. You will develop and implement a commercial strategy that increases the number and quality of agency briefs, improves pitch conversion rates, and unlocks proactive opportunities, with a strong focus on accelerating digital revenues.
You will actively generate briefs and sell market-leading, reputation-enhancing work by building and nurturing effective relationships with media agencies and clients. You will collaborate with and support teams across the business to deliver integrated, profitable solutions, creating and implementing commercial media plans that bring standout creative ideas to life.
Champion the Reach Solutions Studio externally to ensure a high industry profile through meetings, presentations, and industry events. Throughout, you will uphold Reach’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination in everything we commission, create, and publish.
What you need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have an excellent profile in the media industry with influential relationships across agency planning and content teams. It is essential that you possess strong working knowledge of the branded content marketplace as well as Digital, National and Regional Press media. You’ll be an expert in relationship building with the ability to build a strong network of internal stakeholder relationships, and will be able to think commercially in order to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
You will drive revenue growth, enhance our reputation, and raise our profile across the UK media marketplace. Develop and execute a commercial strategy that increases the volume and quality of agency briefs, improves pitch conversion rates, opens proactive opportunities, and accelerates digital revenues.
Generate and convert briefs by building and nurturing high-value relationships with media agencies and clients to deliver market‑leading, reputation‑enhancing work. Collaborate across sales, creative, editorial, and operations to scope, price, and deliver integrated, profitable solutions, creating and implementing commercial media plans that bring standout creative ideas to life.
