Specialist, Treasury and Cash Operations, CCS

Overview:   The Treasury & Cash Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the day-to-day banking and cash activities across the company. This role is fully internal-facing and supports AP, AR, payroll, and expense processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean reconciliations, supporting vendor setup, and ensuring compliance with internal controls — all while helping the ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) team stay ahead of issues through proactive communication and process discipline. This role is ideal for someone who values stability, structure, and long-term ownership, and who can serve as a reliable backfill across AP/AR functions when needed.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash reconciliations across multiple bank accounts;
• Support AP/AR cash application, including payment tracking and coordination;
• Perform bank reconciliations for AR, AP, payroll, and corporate card transactions;
• Spot-check expense reports and accounts payable for policy compliance and audit readiness;
• Maintain internal controls and documentation for treasury-related processes;
• Serve as a continuity resource for AP/AR team members during absences or peak periods;
• Help avoid audit issues and financial leakage through disciplined reconciliation and oversight;
• Support the monthly and year-end close process, financial audit review processes and maintenance of proper internal controls;
• Other accounting responsibilities as requested and/or determined;
• Maintain compliance with CCS’s policies, procedures and mission statement;
• Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within CCS’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
• Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company; and

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash operations, or AP/AR support.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, vendor management, and expense compliance.
• Highly organized, structured, and disciplined in process execution.
• Responsive and proactive communicator.
• Comfortable working in a fully internal role with minimal external interaction.
• Prior experience in healthcare or complex service environments is a plus.
• Professional discretion and conduct in reviewing and reporting expense report compliance and other internal control duties as assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Physical Demands And Work Environment:

• Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force ;
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.

In addition to the base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  At ComplexCare Solutions, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Base Compensation Range$65,100—$97,700 USD
